| Parent Meetings |
 |
At the beginning of the school year there will be meetings to inform the guardians of activities and the schools objectives for the year.
Every six months guardians of children in the Kindergarten will be informed of the child's progress and will be given an evaluation in writing.
In the case of Primary school students', guardians will have a private meeting with the teacher every three months and receive an evaluation.
Whenever it is thought necessary staff or guardians may have a meeting of general interest about a child.
The management will set aside one day a week to speak individually to guardians about the education of their child and it's teaching. These days will be pre defined at the beginning of the school year meeting. Two days notice is required for a meeting.
Any questions concerning the running of the class and its' lessons should be explained to the guardian by the teacher responsible for that class.
Any questions concerning the administration of the school should be directed at the management.
Any situation not covered in this booklet of rules and regulations can be resolved with the director. |
